Common questions about The Atas
What is the starting price for The Atas?
The Atas starts from RM808K for units of 1,156-1,518 sqft. Prices move with each package the developer releases, so ask me for the current price list before you work to a number.
Is The Atas freehold or leasehold?
The Atas is Leasehold. Check that the tenure on the SPA matches before you sign — that document is what counts, not the brochure.
When will The Atas be completed?
The Atas is targeting completion in 2028. That date moves with construction progress, so treat it as the developer's current target rather than a promise, and ask me for the latest site update.
What unit sizes and layouts are available at The Atas?
Built-ups run 1,156-1,518 sqft, across 3-4 Rooms, in a development of 624 units. 4 floor plans are on this page.
Where is The Atas?
The Atas is in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. There is a map further down this page.
Who is the developer of The Atas?
The Atas is developed by Maxim. Look up what else they have handed over in the area and how those buildings are holding up — that tells you more than any brochure.
What is the monthly repayment for The Atas?
On the entry price of RM808,000, a 90% loan over 35 years at 4.00% works out to roughly RM3,220 a month. That is an illustration, not a bank quote: it leaves out progressive interest during construction, maintenance, sinking fund, insurance, legal fees and stamp duty. The calculator on this page lets you change all four numbers.
Is there a video review of The Atas?
Not yet — I have not filmed The Atas. Message me and I will tell you what I know about it and what I would go and check.
