This notice explains what personal data I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. It is issued in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
When you register on this site, I ask for two things only:
That's it. I don't ask for your email, your IC, your income or anything else at that point.
If you later tell me your budget, preferred areas or whether you're buying to live in or to rent out, I keep that too — it's how I shortlist properly instead of sending you everything.
I don't sell your data, and I don't pass it to unrelated third parties. Your details may be shared only where it's necessary to help you buy:
I keep your details for as long as you might reasonably want to hear from me about property, and for as long as I'm required to keep transaction records. If you ask me to delete your data, I will — except where I'm legally required to retain records of a completed transaction.
Under the PDPA you can, at any time:
Just message me on WhatsApp and say so. No form to fill, no reason needed, and I won't try to talk you out of it.
I take reasonable steps to protect your details from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but I don't collect more than I need, and I don't keep it where it doesn't need to be.
This site stores a small marker in your browser so that once you've registered, you're not asked again on every visit. It sits on your device, not on a server, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings. The site also loads Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps and YouTube on project pages — those services have their own privacy policies.
If I change how I handle your data, I'll update this page.
